Keller Funnel

These are devices that allow insertion of gel implants WITHOUT any skin contamination.  Skin contact with the implant is implicated in creating conditions favorable to developing capsular contractures.  I use it routinely on all gel augmentations to give my patients the smallest risk of developing complications.  You can view this on youtube.com.
